We now have an exciting new property for Tralee Bay Holidays. We have acquired a house adjacent to the holiday park and, after a complete refurbishment, it is available from Christmas 2011.

Set in one acre of gardens with an outlook towards the Morvern Peninsula. With direct access to a fly-fishing pond, nature reserve and Tralee beach, yet also secluded, private and peaceful. The gardens to this house are testament to the previous owners who with care and a lot of hard work have created an oasis of plants, lush green grass and pond. With its own greenhouse, grapevine and seating areas throughout the garden, you may not want to leave at all.

Entrance Hall. A wide entrance with plenty of room for coats and shoes and the manoeuvring of wheelchairs or prams.

After careful thought to the design we've made the house wheelchair friendly with wider doors and a large wet room. Outside there is plenty of parking for three cars or two cars and a boat with ramp access into the house. Guests will have use of all Tralee Bay Holidays facilities including the slipway and moorings.

Kitchen. Overlooking the dining area with its spectacular views is a kitchen you would be happy to spend time in. It has all the modern appliances you would expect of a home of this quality, including microwave, hob, double electric oven, large fridge freezer, coffee machine, washing machine and tumble drier. All the equipment you need is here, whether preparing a quick snack or a three course meal.

Lounge

Dining area. Here you can eat at the large oak dining table with six high backed leather chairs for your comfort. The views from this room are the best in the house, looking over the Salen and nature reserve. In the distance you can see the Morvern Peninsula, snow capped in the winter and lush green in the summer. To the North on a clear day Glencoe comes into view, ever changing depending on the season.

Lounge. Two large leather settees and a single chair face the warmth of a real log burning fire. You can watch the 40" flat screen tv with a full sky package or make use of the DVD player.

Master bedroom

Bedrooms. Three spacious bedrooms, one double room and a choice of either super kings or two single beds in each of the other bedrooms. Large hanging areas in the wardrobes with mirrored sliding doors. Each room has its own 32” freeview tv. The master bedroom has sliding doors facing South East, perfect for catching the early morning sun in the garden.
